We firmly believe that professional medical support is inseparable from legal accountability; therefore, we refuse to compromise on comprehensive insurance coverage. As a medical service provider, operating without Medical Malpractice Insurance is a profound breach of public trust. By maintaining both Professional Indemnity and Employees’ Compensation Insurance, we establish a robust legal safety net for organizers and participants, ensuring every medical intervention is fully protected under the law.
Beyond clinical expertise, we prioritize the professional ethics and integrity of our team. In strict accordance with the Hong Kong Government’s December 2025 expansion of the Sexual Conviction Record Check (SCRC) scheme, we mandate that all medical personnel pass official background screenings. Given that pre-hospital care inherently involves close clinical contact with vulnerable groups, including children and teenagers, any absence of background vetting presents a severe and unacceptable security risk. By rigorously enforcing SCRC protocols, we eliminate potential risks at the source and ensure our services align with the highest industry standards for safety and medical ethics.
