"Event First Aid Service Limited" is a Hong Kong registered company providing pre-hospital first aid services for all types of events. Our Business is Fully Licenses. As a responsible company; We possess MEDICAL MALPRACTICE INSURANCE, EMPLOYEE COMPENSATION INSURANCE to ensure our Professionalism & Legitimacy; A limited company has a separate legal status that allows it to enter into contracts, therefore any of our issued document and terms are equid with legal effect.

Medical Malpractice Insurance

The risks involved in medical care today are beyond reasonable levels. Medical litigation is on the rise throughout the world, Especially when you are the service provider providing pre-hospital first aid service is remunerated, the rescuer is no longer protected by the Good Samaritan Law, not to mention that Hong Kong has not yet established a "Good Samaritan Law," or related laws ; in case of failure to rescue or face of any liability suit, in Hong Kong under this accountability system with high transparency (everyone with their mobile camera), the rescuer as well as the event organizers not only worried about being accused and insurance claiming or may be liable for legal responsibility for the loss. If any lawsuit is involved in human life, the amount of compensation involved may be astronomical. Because even using the name of NPO or NGO / unlimited company organization to provide service; their「Volunteers」&「Freelancer」 cannot be an excuse for exemptions from legal liability.

Medical Malpractice Insurance – Like many other service providers around the globe (UK/Australia...etc.), we have purchased Medical Malpractice Insurance to provide services to certify our employees' professional background/skills/behavior/ Ability/qualification meets high standards. Provide customers with the best protection. To avoid unnecessary claims and protect the interests of all parties. We doubt that any medical service provider willing to undertake a great liability hazard by not possess medical malpractice insurance to provide related service.

Employees' Compensation Insurance

According to Section 40 of the Employees' Compensation Ordinance, all employers (including contractors and sub-contractors) are required to take out insurance policies to cover their liabilities both under the Ordinance and at common law for injuries at work in respect of all their employees, irrespective of the length of employment contract or working hours, full-time or part-time, permanent job or temporary employment.
